a big big thankyou to all at the club , not only yourself and natasha, but the fight team, supporters and parents who gave rachel and myself such a warm welcome over the weekend. 9 hours there and back but not a word of complaint and rachel is already missing you guys and hassling me for a return trip.
to those who may be looking in at the website and thinking about joining or trying out kickboxing hesitate no longer. rachel (WAKO Junior Champion) and i have travelled the country to tournaments/GB and england squad sessions and I can safely say that here in edinburgh you have facilities SECOND TO NONE, great coaches and a renowned world champion to boot. whether you simply want to get fit, learn the basics or try for championships you cannot go wrong by attending emac.
see you and the crew in dublin for the irish open
best wishes

neil and rachel

Kevin and Tasha, Edinburgh can expect great things from you both. Well done on setting up your school and making it a huge success already. With your great knowledge, technical abilities and dedication, all the students can do nothing but develop and prosper. Good Luck to you both. Robbie

Hi Kevin & Natasha, thanks very much for inviting me and my son Dean down from Aberdeen to check out your gym where we were made very welcome. It was a great day with Dean receiving first class training in a first class gym. Cheers again and hope to return soon.

On behalf of our students from Kaizen that attended the Michael ''venom'' Page seminar., i would like to say a big thank you to Kevin and Tasha for having us. It was a fantastic seminar with Michael and Kalon, we came away having learned some great new moves and ideas to work on. We all enjoyed our day at your studio. The 3.5hr journey was tiring but worth it, then we had 3.5hours on the way home to chat about what we learned!!!
We hope Michael and Kalon enjoyed it too, and hope they can return again next year.!!!
We look forward to seeing you in the New Year.
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR...........FROM KAIZEN FITNESS STUDIO xx

Just a quick thank you for the opertunity to train with Shaun Lynn in Self defence. The class itself was very informative and the techniques practical and effective in real life situations. Frm someone who has taken a year out of martial arts, i found the class a great way to get back into things and to reignite the desire to learn and expand on the techniques i have picked up else where during my martial arts teachings. Shaun is a great instructor to work with, no show boating, just simple down to buisness approach , yet keeping it light hearted so no one gets hurt. I can't recommend it enough to those from a martial arts background or to those who just want to learn to be safe on the streets. Shaun is very approachable and always willing to discuss variations on techniques or work on specific situations where you have found yourself in, in the past, and how to defend yourself during them in the future. I hope to get the chance to train with him again in the future.
